These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Fourfold Mahj through this online store. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate checkout information and to use the site lawfully. Please review the product page and our policies before ordering.

Products and prices

Product prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The price displayed at checkout is the price charged for your order, together with any applicable taxes. Product colors may appear different across screens. If a specific dimension, material or accessory is essential to your purchase, contact us for confirmation before ordering.

Orders and availability

We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as placed. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will offer cancellation and a full refund. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.

Shipping

Our current shipping area is the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Tile sets in our current collection qualify for free standard shipping. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed; standard delivery is estimated at 7–11 business days after dispatch. Tracking is sent when the order ships. If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated time, we will notify you of a revised date and offer cancellation with a full refund. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

You may request a return within 15 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. We initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and reviewing a return; your payment provider may take additional time to post it. You may request cancellation for a full refund before dispatch.
