Shipping Policy

Fourfold Mahj currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States. Standard shipping is free for the tile sets offered on this store. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Processing and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–11 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive approximately 10–16 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or weather delays.

We will email tracking information when your order ships. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you need to correct an address, contact us through our contact page as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delays and missing packages

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing window, we will contact you with a revised dispatch date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If tracking shows an unusual delay or a package appears lost, contact us through our contact page with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
