We want you to know what to expect if your order is not right for you. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Fourfold Mahj.

15-day returns

You may request a return within 15 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging, with all items received. Please contact us through our contact page with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may be delayed while we identify the order.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for buying a trackable return shipping label and paying the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. To choose a different design, request a return and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where available. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund. We cover return shipping when we ask you to return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds and cancellations

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the decision. For an approved return, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt and approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

If you cancel before your order is dispatched, we will issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies. If we cannot dispatch by the promised date, you may decline a revised date and cancel for a full refund. Contact us through our contact page for help.
